Education needs to be complimented by training in requisite skills. Building on this philosophy, Deep Training Institute Pvt. Ltd, has been established. Deep Training Institute Pvt. Ltd, Alwar, Rajasthan is the first in Alwar to establish the Mission on Skill Development, in May 2007, under the chairmanship of the Dr. V.K. Agarwal, in order to address the challenges of unemployment and ensuring gainful and sustainable employment.
Deep Training Institute Private Limited is registered under The Company Act, 1956, vide Registration No. U8030RJ2007PTC024203 2007-2008 on 13th April, 2007, Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur.
The objective of creation of DTI was to formulate appropriate and innovative strategies to promote and facilitate large scale livelihoods for the poor and vulnerable people by conduct research and analysis to establish the skill gaps & develop modular courses to fill such gaps, Improve competitiveness by integrating new requirements by Enhance and standardize the delivery mechanism for the courses through our centers and Ensure quality assurance by streamline certification framework. In view of the importance of the skill development for enhancing employability of working population, DTI included development of both technical and soft skills.
As part of its major action, it established the skill Training mechanism by involving multiple centers to execute the training programs with in the National Capital Region. In a journey of 9 years it has trained around 15,000 persons/youth by offering more than 20 courses in various sectors. Yet the NCR training requirements to tackle the unemployment issue and enhancing employability of youth have been very high.
